Where Did December go
Wow a whole month since my last blog! unbelievable how fast the time seems to go by. The holidays weren't quite what we were expecting as a lot of you know Andrea was admitted to the hospital on Dec 19 due to dehydration upset stomach and vomiting issues after three weeks and a few Very scary days we found out that she has colitis a very awful stomach condition which is chronic it turns out that this was one of the worst cases that her doctors had ever seen! she even got to spend the night in the ICU. This is a treatable disease but since her case was so bad she's landed herself back in the hospital again! They sent her home last week on good behavior, but it turns out that she wasn't ready after all! yesterday she was readmitted because of a high temp. But today i can report that she seems to be doing much better today they have her on some different meds that they hope will work better she does have to spend 5 more days in the hospital Surgery is still looming over our heads, hopefully it won't come to that. I'll keep you all updated as i get more imfo. OK now back to the holidays, they were spent with Alan's family over on the western slope with his brother's family, and his two cousins, and aunt and uncle we had 16 of us at Christmas dinner! We ate supper well thank you uncle Steve ! went and saw Aviator, and just hung out it was nice to get away for awhile On the way home we stopped in Salida to visit grandma Behrman she is doing so well and it was great spending time with her for awhile.

Benjamin had his very first piano recital last night! we were so proud of him he really rocked the house! 7 other kids preformed before him, i was surprised all of them did very well. Nanna, Grandaddy, and Auntie Erica all came to watch him preform after the little concert we each got to have cookies and hot chocolate. It turned out to be really fun for everyone Benjamin was most proud he even did a victory bow to cute his teacher was very proud and exited for him since it was his first time , preforming he's only been taking lessons with her since September ! Good job Benjamin! you rocked the house!

the Olson Behrman Denny photo shoot

It's been at least fifteen years since my parents and sisters have had any family pictures taken
and we don't have any of the whole family, So for mom and daddy's 40th anniversary my sister's pitched in and got a photographer to come to their house to take pictures of everybody they turned out so good we took almost 200 pictures I can't post them all, so here's a few of the best takes. Everybody had so much fun with the photographers they took so many different poses and did lots of things with changing the colors from black and white to color, and the weathercould'nt have been more beautiful

TIGGES PUMPKIN PATCH
For the last three years we've been going to this really great pumpkin patch their selection always seems to be fantastic! This year it was a little different people must have found out about our secrete patch because this year it was packed people were carrying 8-10 pumpkins out at a time! it was crazy busy! in a good way for the patch but not for us! we did end up finding four very nice pumpkins, Benjamin wanted a short fat one (which he found) Jack wanted the biggest one he found it and Alan and I found 2 real nice ones too. We also take lots of pictures i love taking pictures at the pumpkin patch all the colors are just beautiful and the day couldn't have been better i think it was like 7o degrees out! What a way to spend the afternoon can't wait to see what they look like when we carve them
